New to Micromold Products, Inc., the Mazak VTC200B CNC Vertical Machining Center! The new machine allows Micromold to produce larger products with less setup and programming time. We can now more easily meet our customer’s requests for shorter lead times and special sizes for products like PTFE and PVDF tanks, PTFE startup and baffle strainers and other custom designs. We received a grant towards the purchase of this machine from the NY State Workforce Development Institute (WDI). WDI funding is determined by the NY State Senate and Assembly. Assemblywoman Shelley Mayer, along with Sonja Brown of Workforce Development Institute and Harold King of Council of Industry, visited our facility to see how the grant we received was put to use. During their visit we gave them a tour of our facility and demonstrated how the machine works. Thanks to this partnership we can better serve you!
